Half Way Home!

Greetings from the Team Wales 'fun bus'. I'm delighted to captain my country as we cycle, run, row and sail around the UK for the DHL First Nation Home challenge! Its 1000miles in total, 8 in each team!
We are covering anything from 150-250miles a day. Each team started off in their respective capital cities, and finish there - hopefully in one piece - on saturday! With a bit of luck, we'll be holding the trophy aloft at the Millennium Stadium on saturday in front of 80,000 people!
We are half way through the challenge as I write this. I have just done my stint on the bike over the hilly roads of Northern Scotland. We are due in at Edinburgh castle just after lunch if we keep this pace..
We have raised a lot of money for Sport Relief along the way, and hope to do more!
