See you at the starting line...

21/03/2012

I am just getting the feeling back in my legs after a gruelling Sport Relief Challenge! We left Trafalgar Square at 5am on saturday morning, and 8hrs and 15mins later we were crossing the finish line in Cardiff Castle! We had to desert all the support vehicles and run the last 4 miles as the streets of Cardiff were closed off ready for the Grand Slam decidin rugby game! Just what we needed after over 8 hours in the saddle, and the last 155 miles of our thousand mile race!

The race is called The First Nation Home...who won? Well we'll find out on sunday as last week was just start of the challenge! Now its down to you...you can represent your country this Sunday for the final challenge. It's a 6mile run and can be done in your capital city. Your time will count towards the final time and decide which nation lifts the trophy! So, if you fancy it, check out www.firstnationhome.com. I will be in Cardiff to do my 6 miles, but I have a few running in Cardiff for England! So you can run for you country no matter where you are!

See you at the start line...
